PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 1310/2024/C1 dated 17.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to work continuously in the 4th respondent society.

ORDER
The petitioner, working as a Secretary of the 4th respondent Society, has been transferred by order dated 17.07.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition, has granted an order of status quo, by order dated 01.08.2025 and the same was vacated by order dated 17.02.2026, in WMP(MD)No.21829 of 2025. This order was challenged by way of filing a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.803 of 2026, wherein, a Division Bench of this Court, by Judgment dated 20.05.2026, disposed of the writ appeal, by upholding the impugned
WP(MD) No. 21090 of 2025 order of transfer and with liberty to the petitioner to join the transferred place.
