ORDER
The petitioner has been deployed from Subbrayalu Memorial Middle School, Alwarpuram, Madurai, to Panchayat Union Elementary School, M. Chathirapatti, Madurai on 04.09.2025. Challenging the said order of deployment, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
2. When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submits that this Court, while entertaining the Writ Petition, had granted an interim order, pursuant to which the petitioner has been permitted to continue at the same place. WP(MD) No. 24584 of 2025 appointed to the vacancy to which the petitioner was deployed, and the said teacher has also joined at the said place. Therefore, according to him, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. He however submits that the further course of action would be taken based on the assessment of student strength for the respective academic years.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the respondents to pass fresh orders based on the student strength for the current academic year. No costs.
