PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order of Refusal Check Slip issued by the respondent no.2 vide Refusal Number 150/2026 dated 24.09.2026 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondent no.2 to receive and register the release deed of power of Attorney dated 24.09.2026 which presented by the petitioner.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the Impugned Order of Refusal Check Slip issued by the respondent no.2 vide Refusal Number 150/2026 dated 24.09.2026 and consequently, to direct the respondent no.2 to receive and register the release deed of power of Attorney dated 24.09.2026 which presented by the petitioner.
3. A refusal check slip had been issued refusing to register the cancellation of the power of attorney. The document had been rejected on the ground that the summary of the document had not been properly provided. The petitioner had presented the document for registration. It is the duty of the 2nd respondent to verify the document and, if it is in order, proceed with its registration. Without following due process and without verifying the document, the refusal check slip had been issued, assigning reasons that cannot be comprehended.

4. In view of the same, the impugned refusal check slip dated 24.09.2026 is set aside, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to receive the document and register the same, if it is otherwise in order.
