ORDER
Asserting that the management of the Sarva Seva Matriculation School is not administering the school properly, the petitioner, who is the Principal of the school, submitted a representation dated 07.09.2026 to
WP(MD) No. 29169 of 2026 the respondent. Seeking a direction to act on the said representation, the petitioner has approached this Court.
2. Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondent. He submits that the respondent does not have the authority to act on the petitioner’s representation.
3. Considering the fact that the respondent is not authorised by law to initiate action in relation to the petitioner’s grievance, this Writ Petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorised officer in relation to the grievance.
