PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second to fourth respondents to implement the order of the first respondent in proceedings O.Mu.No.17470/2019/ R3 dated 25.04.2019, by collecting the temporary rent for the temporary shops in weekly chandy at S.F.Nos.838/2
and 838/3 of Inamkulathoor Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, credit the same in the fourth respondent temple account, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2026.

ORDER
Asserting that the petitioner is a devotee of Arulmigu Mariyamman and Vinayagar Temple, Inamkulathur, Trichy District, the petitioner has approached this Court for implementation of the order dated 25.04.2019 for
WP(MD) No. 29268 of 2026 collecting temporary rent from these shops in S.F.Nos.838/2 and 838/3 of Inamkulathoor Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District.
2. Accepting notice for the first to seventh respondents, Mr.C.Deepak, learned Additional Government Pleader, submits that the Commissioner will take a decision with regard to implementation of the earlier order dated 25.04.2019. He submits that such decision would be taken within one month.
3. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), accepts notice for the seventh and eighth respondents.
4. In view of the submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to act on the representation dated 28.09.2026 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after taking note of the earlier proceedings dated 25.04.2019.
