ORDER
Seeking for a mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider his representation dated 19.10.2025 and sub-divide T.S.No.544/1C, Block No.299, Melapalayam, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, and issue separate patta in his favour, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's request is only to consider his application for sub-division and grant of separate patta based upon the document to title, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 19.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
