PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2026, verify the original revenue records and, if necessary, conduct a field inspection, and consequently rectify the extent in Survey No.552/39, Patta No.3166, Singampunari Town, from the wrongly recorded 0-15.00 to the correct extent as 0.01.05, and pass appropriate orders within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2026, verify the original revenue records and if necessary, conduct a field inspection and consequently, rectify the extent in Survey No.552/39, Patta No.3166, Singampunari Town, from the wrongly recorded 0-15.00 to the correct extent as 0.01.05.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2026 on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interest person, if any, within a period of twelve weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
