ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the revision petition in __________

WP(MD) No. 29553 of 2026 Na.Ka.A1/E-3103121/2025, which is pending on his file by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the fact that the revision petition filed by the petitioner is still pending with the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner, which had been assigned Na.Ka.A1/E-3103121/2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
