ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue Patta to the petitioner with regard to the property in Survey Nos.702/2, 702/3A, 703/4 and 703/5A situated at Nagaiyakottai Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on her representation dated 07.05.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner had made an online application for grant of patta as early as on 07.05.2026, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties interested and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
