ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated __________

WP(MD) No. 29574 of 2026 17.07.2026, seeking inclusion of his name as a co-pattadar in Patta No.3409 in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.521/3B, 525/1B, 525/2, 525/3, 633/2 and 784/4 situated at Keelthiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The petitioner had made a representation to the respondent for inclusion of his name in the patta of the property, which was originally owned by his mother, wherein the petitioner's sister's name has only been shown as pattadhar.
4. The patta holder had not been made as a party to the writ petition. However, considering the fact that a representation has been made by the petitioner to the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the patta holder and person interested, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. __________
