PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2026 requesting them to rectify the mistake in the FMB sketch in respect of S.No.402/13A measuring 20 sq.mr and S.No.402/34 measuring 28 sq.mr and to issue separate patta to the said survey numbers in the name of the petitioner within a time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2026 requesting them to rectify the mistake in the FMB sketch in respect of S.Nos.402/13A and 402/34 measuring 20 sq.mr and 28 sq.mr respectively and to issue separate patta to the said survey numbers in the name of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the fact that an application for rectification of mistake in the FMB sketch and as a sequel to issue patta has been made only on 07.09.2026 and the same is pending consideration with the fourth respondent, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2026 on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of four months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
