Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.no.7330/2017/A3, dated 24.02.2018.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner as well as the third respondent had initiated civil proceedings, which have culminated in a judgment and decree. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
