JUDGEMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.T.Asha J.) ` By consent of both parties, the above civil miscellaneous appeal was posted before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, where the parties have entered into a settlement. The parties and their respective counsels have signed the Memorandum of Understanding / Settlement Agreement dated 28.09.2026, and the same is taken on file.
2. The civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of in terms of the above settlement and the terms of the memorandum shall form part of the decree. No costs.
