COMMON ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has placed before this Court, a comprehensive Statement issued by the Periyar University __________

CONT P No. 187 of 2020 containing the details of the date of regularisation of the petitioners in the post of Assistant/Junior Assistant/Laboratory Assistant/Superintendent/Office Assistant/Section Officer.
3. By the aforesaid statement, it is evident that the respondents have complied with the directions of this Court in W.P.No.7738 of 2012 and 1939 of 2013.
4. In view of the above, since, the respondents have now complied with the directions issued by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions, this Court is of the view that there is no need to proceed with the contempt petitions.
