PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the respondent police particularly the investigation officer in Cr.No.2 of 2025 to forthwith comply with and implement the order dated 18.02.2026 passed in Crl M.P.No.62 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to forthwith comply with and implement the order dated 18.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.62 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in Crime No.2 of 2025.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent police, if the petitioner accompanies the respondent police to Retna Pawn Brokers and pays the principal amount along with interest, the jewels will be handed over to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and accompany them to Retna Pawn Brokers. Upon payment of the principal amount and interest, the jewels shall be recovered and handed over to the petitioner.
