ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based upon the complaint lodged by the third respondent, who is none other than the wife of the petitioner.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, FIR has been registered against the petitioner on 09.10.2026 in Cr.No.71 of 2026 before the second respondent for the alleged offences under sections 85, 351(2), 82(1) of BNS, 2023.
3. In such view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to issue summons under the appropriate provisions of BNSS and conduct investigation.
4. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
