ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he had purchased vehicles after borrowing loan from R4 to R10 and he is regularly paying the instalments. However, with the collusion of the respondents 4 to 10, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner without any lawful cause.
3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, so far, they have not received any complaint from R4 to R10.
4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent, not to harass the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 12-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No PNM
