ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in a civil dispute.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he has filed a suit for the relief of specific performance in OS No.152 by 2025 before District Munsif Court, Uthamapalayam against the 4th respondent and the same is pending. However, unnecessarily, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner on the said dispute.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the complaint was received on 05.08.2026 and it was closed on 24.09.2026 that it is a civil dispute. The petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
