ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A3 in C.C.No.13 of 2020, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.l, Kuzhithurai, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioner is charged with the offences under Sections 294 (b), 506(1), 406 & 420 of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet as against A3.
3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and she submitted that she has received the entire 13 Lakhs and therefore, she has no objection for quashing of the charge sheet as against A3. __________

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.13 of 2020, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.l, Kuzhithurai, is hereby quashed.
