ORDER

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, noticing that the suit claim is only based on recovery of money on a principal amount of Rs.1 lakh which has swollen to Rs.2,14,300/- in the year 2022 when the execution petition came to be filed, I suggested to the petitioner that since the delay has not been sufficiently explained and there is no merit in the revision petition warranting interference with the well considered order of the trial court
