petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased G.Kamakshi. The deceased G.Kamakshi had invested her monies in certain securities, which have been set out in the Schedule to the Original Petition. The deceased G.Kamakshi died on 23.06.2000 and excepting the petitioners, there are no other legal heirs.

3. According to the petitioners, the deceased G.Kamakshi died intestate and therefore, they are unable to realise the amounts that have been invested in the securities in the name of the deceased G.Kamakshi. Hence, the present Succession OP. A general paper publication, pursuant to the orders of the learned Master, has already been effected. I am satisfied that the petitioners have made out a case for grant of Succession Certificate.

4. As seen from the petition, the petitioners have requested the grant of Succession Certificate to be issued in favour of the 1st petitioner.

5. In fine, this Original Petition is ordered and the Succession Certificate shall be issued in favour of the 1st petitioner to collect the shares, debts and receive interest and dividends and negotiate and transfer the shares and debts standing in the name of the deceased, G.Kamakshi, as specified in the schedule hereunder. 12-10-2026
