JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated 29-08-2022 passed in O.A.No.725 of 2021 in C.S.No.339 of 2021 in so far as it stays the effect of the resolution passed in the Extra-ordinary General Body Meeting (EGM) held on 22-11-2021 by the General Body of the 2nd Respondent Society and direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to implement the decision taken in the EGM held on 22-11-2021.
2. When the appeal was taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the suit in CS.No.339 of 2021 itself was withdrawn on 02.06.2023, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
