COMMON JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the disputes between the appellants and the first respondent have been settled and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Original Side Appeals. The learned counsel has also filed a letter dated 11.10.2026 to that effect.
