Order
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to pay family pension arrears from 15.06.2010 to 01.04.2014 with 10% interest to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in all fairness, would submit that the claim of the petitioner has been settled by the respondents. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
