This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent impugned notice bearing Lr.No.CE/NCES/SE/ Solar/ EE /SCB / F.
Instruction /D. 2422/ 26 dated 26.05.26 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently direct the 2nd to 5th respondents to permit the Petitioner to commission and energise the petitioner’s 2MW Solar Power plant through the newly proposed 11 KV Jagathguru Solar Feeder at 110/33- 11KV Periyarnagar SS at 11 KV level as per the 4th Respondents noted for record letter dated 10.04.2026.
