This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th Respondent impugned order .CE/NCES/SE/ Solar/ EE /SCB / F.Instruction /D.2608/2026 dated 30.05.2026 seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd to 6th respondents to energise the petitioners 1 MW Power plant by providing connectivity to the 110 /33KV Sirungattur Sub station, at 33 KV
Level and direct the 2nd to 6th respondent to execute an Energy wheeling Agreement under group captive scheme.
