This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent Circular Memo No.CE/NCES/SE/SOLAR/Connectivity/D.No.2428/2026 dated 27.05.2026, seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the 6th and 7th respondents to energise the petitioner’s 2 MW Solar Plant by providing connectivity to the Mayanoor 110/11KV SS 11KV level in Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karuru District and direct the respondents to execute as Energy wheeling Agreement under group captive scheme.
