This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent circular memo No.CE/NCES/SE/SOLAR/F.Connectivity/D.No.2428/2026 dated 27.05.2026, seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to energise the petitioner’s 2 MW Power Plant by providing connectivity to the mayanoor 110/11kv SS 11KV Level in krishnarayapuram taluk, karur district and direct the respondents to execute an energy wheeling agreement under group captive scheme.
