D.No.2428/ 2026 dated 27.05.2026, seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to energise the petitioner’s 4 MW Power Plant by providing connectivity to the Mayanoor 110/11KV SS 11KV Level in Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District and direct the respondents to execute an energy wheeling agreement under group captive scheme.
