This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent impugned notice bearing No.CE/NCES/SE/Solar/EE/SCB/F.Instruction/D.No.2625/26 dated 30.05.2026

seeking to quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the Electrictiy Act 2003 and consequently direct the 2nd to 6th respondents to permit the petitioner to commission and energize the petitioner’s 2 MW Solar power plant through the newly proposed 110/33-22 kv Vagaikulam SS at 33 KV Sub-Station at Tuticorin district as per the 4th respondents noted for record letter dated 16.03.2026.
