This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent Circular Memo No.CE/NCES/SE/SOLAR/F.Connectivity/D.No.2428/ 2026 dated 27.05.2026, seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the 6th Respondents to energise the petitioners 2 MW Power Plant by providing connectivity to the 110/33-11KV Acharapakkam Substation at 33KV level and direct the 6th respondent to execute an energy wheeling agreement under third Party Sale.
