This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent Circular Memo No.CE/NCES/SE /SOLAR/

F.Connectivity /D.No.2428/2026 dated 27.05.2026, seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the 6th and 7th respondent to energise the petitioner’s 15 MW Power Plant by providing connectivity to the 33/11 KV Senthanadu SS

fed from 110/33- 11KV Ulunthurpettai SS at the 33 KV level and direct the 7th respondent to execute an energy wheeling agreement under group captive scheme.
