ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.9.42,113/- in six equal monthly instalments, along with regular current consumption charges.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to and relies upon the earlier order dated 03.09.2026 in this connection.
3. The petitioner has placed on record earlier order dated 03.09.2026 permitting the payment of additional security deposit in six equal monthly instalments. Likewise, in this case, the petitioner is permitted to pay the additional security deposit of Rs.9,42,113/- in six monthly instalments. The first instalment shall be paid on or before 26.10.2026 and the subsequent instalments shall be paid on or before first of each succeeding month over the next five months. In the event of default, the petitioner shall lose the benefit of this order and the respondents shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in respect thereof.
