ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11.02.2022, seeking seniority as Bugular Grade-II PC from the date on which the original appointees were appointed in the year 2010.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would oppose the petitioner’s claim and contend that the petitioner is not entitled to seek such a relief. However, in all fairness, he would submit that the respondent would consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11.02.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11.02.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 12-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No JRS
