COMMON ORDER
The petitioners, working as Supervisors in TASMAC, have been placed under suspension by order dated 17.04.2025. Challenging the same, the present writ petitions have been filed.
2. This Court, while entertaining the writ petitions, granted an order of interim stay by order dated 22.04.2025. Though the respondents filed a counter affidavit, they have not filed any petition to vacate the interim order.
3. Today, when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of suspension passed against the petitioners have been revoked and the petitioners have been allowed to continue in work.
