PRAYER: S-38. Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No. 365/E/2024 dated 03.09.2026 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to provide the petitioner any job in the existing vacancy arisen in future at 3rd respondent co-operative society and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
The petitioner was engaged as a Saleswoman in a Fair Price shop associated with Kanyakumari Fisherman Co-operative Production cum Marketing Society, Arockiyapuram on 01.04.2001, on temporary basis and appears to have resigned the job on 19.06.2007. Seeking restoration of her position, the petitioner has submitted a representation, which was rejected by a proceedings,
WP(MD) No. 28618 of 2026 dated 03.09.2026. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner having left the job in the year 2007, approached the authorities only in the year 2026 for restoration of her job after a period of about 15 years. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
