PRAYER: S-38 Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF
MANDAMUS to direct the respondents to convert the petitioners salary from Consolidated pay to special time scale of pay, count the petitioners 50 percent eligible service rendered from 01.05.1984 to 30.06.2023 as regular service for the purpose of pensionery and retirement benefits, settle the provident fund/savings fund amounts deducted from the petitioners wages together with the corresponding contribution payable by the employer and grant all consequential monetary and retirement benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble court by considering the petitioners representation dated 14.08.2026 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
The petitioner, a retired employee of the respondent Corporation, has submitted a representation for regularisation of his service for the purpose of pensionary and retirement benefits and has filed this writ petition.
2. Today(12.10.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, by referring to the proceedings of the Commissioner dated 09.10.2026 submits that the representation of this petitioner was considered and it was rejected. A copy of the proceedings, dated 09.10.2026 is placed before this Court and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the scope of this writ petition and the order now placed before this Court, this writ petition is closed with __________
