ORDER
After submitting a representation dated 04.08.2026 and a reminder dated 24.08.2026 for issuance of certified copies of the relevant stage carriage proceedings, route map, etc., the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction in that regard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statute enables the petitioner to apply for certified copies. In spite of requesting the same in August 2026, he submits that no action has been taken till date.
3. Mr.S.I.Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be acted upon within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Given the limited nature of the relief claimed and the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to act on the petitioner's request for the issuance of certified
