ORDER
The petitioner married one Mr. C. Pradeep on 06.03.2020. It is stated that the couple have a minor son, Shri P.Shravan, who is said to be presently in the petitioner's custody. Asserting that her husband filed H.M.O.P. No.77 of 2026 for divorce, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.09.2026 to the respondents herein for verification of the status of passport No. M7874235 and to take note of the pending matrimonial proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.77 of 2026 and H.M.O.P. No. 417 of 2026.

Neither in the representation dated 29.09.2026 nor in the affidavit in support of this writ petition is there any assertion that any orders were obtained from the Court in relation to the passport of Mr. C. Pradeep. Merely on the basis that a matrimonial dispute exists between the petitioner and her husband, the respondents cannot take any action in relation to such passport. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by declining to issue a direction as requested for. This order will not, however, stand in the way of the petitioner duly prosecuting the pending matrimonial proceedings against her husband.
