ORDER
After applying for renewal of passport No. H.7449227, the petitioner approached this Court for a mandamus in relation thereto.
2. Mr.R.Boominathan, learned counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the charge sheet was filed and that the case is pending in STC No.262 of 2024 before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.
