By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner, a BT Assistant, has undergone major surgery, during which her intestine was removed. Considering her medical condition, the petitioner has sought the indulgence of the third respondent to accommodate her at Panchayat Union Middle School, Soundarlingapuram, as she is unable to travel long distances. In this regard, she has submitted a representation and filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

3. Mr. M. Mahaboob Athiff, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that, as on date, the petitioner has not been disturbed and has been permitted to continue at the same Panchayat Union Middle School on deputation. However, he clarifies that such accommodation on deputation cannot be continued indefinitely.

4. This Court takes note of the fact that the petitioner has undergone major surgery, during which her intestine was removed. Considering her
