ORDER
When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent/State has preferred a writ appeal against the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025 in W.P.No.8985 of 2019, vide
CONT P No. 2703 of 2026 W.A.No.2771 of 2026 and the said appeal is pending for consideration.
2. Since, the order of this Court is the subject matter of a writ appeal before the Division Bench of this Court, this Court is of the view that it cannot proceed parallelly pending consideration of the writ appal.
3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is closed and the liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present contempt petition after the disposal of the writ appeal, if the cause of action survives.
