ORDER
This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience and non- compliance with the order of this Court dated 07.04.2011 passed in W.P.No.23126 of 2008.

2. On this Court taking up the subject contempt petition for hearing, it was noticed that the petitioner had already approached this Court at an earlier point of time by way of another contempt petition No.640 of 2012 alleging disobedience and non-compliance with the order and the said contempt petition is pending consideration on the file of this Court.
3. That being so, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot maintain second contempt petition, having already filed contempt petition to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23126 of 2008.
