ORDER
Pursuant to the issuance of the statutory notice in Form-I, Mr.Anim Cherian, The Principal Accountant General (A and E),The Office of the Accountant General, Teynampet, Chennai – 18, Respondent No.3 and Mr.Thiru. Dr.G.Murugesan (In Charge), The Principal, ESI Medical College and Hospital, Coimbatore - 641 015, Respondent No.5 are present before this Court in person.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondents have now complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No. 5359 of 2018 dated 25.03.2025 in letter and spirit.
3. By submitting as above, the learned Government Advocate has placed before this Court a copy of the bank pass book of the petitioner obtained by them, showing the amounts having been credited to his account. __________

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, confirms the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, of receipt of monetary benefits in terms of the order of this Court.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and since, the respondents have now complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No. 5359 of 2018 dated 25.03.2025, though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed further with the present contempt petition.
