COMMON ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and perused the materials on record.
2. These contempt petitions are filed alleging willfull disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos. 12630, 12271, 12266, 12269 and 12268 of 2022.
3. Today, when the contempt petitions are taken up, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court in letter and spirit and the amounts due to be paid to the petitioners have been credited to the petitioners bank account on 08.10.2026.
4. By submitting as above, learned Additional Advocate General has placed before this Court a copy of the RBI Transaction Treasury Reference Number Reports in respect of each of the petitioners. The same are taken on record.
5. In view of the above, since, the respondents have now complied with the order of this Court, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed with the contempt petition.
