Nos. 20308 & 20309 of 2021 dated 29.01.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice. 2. Today(09.10.2026), when these contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader by referring to the proceedings of the Commissioner, Dindigul in Na.Ka.No.2029/2014/E1, dated 09.10.2026 submits that the above orders of this Court have been complied with and all the eligible benefits due to these petitioners have been disbursed to them. A copy of the proceedings, dated 09.10.2026 is placed before this Court.
