O R D E R
This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD)No.4451 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 has not been complied with.
2. Today(09.10.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Civil side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above order of this Court has been appealed and the Honourable Supreme Court in S.L.P.(C) Diary No.37425 of 2046, has permitted the State to file a Review Application. Accordingly, Review Application (MD) NO.135 of 2026 has been filed before the Division Bench of this Court.
3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner objects and submits that the order has not been complied with. __________

4.
