ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.9940 of 2026 dated 09.06.2026 has not been complied with.
2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, by referring to a proceedings dated 08.10.2026 passed by the Director of Municipal Administration, Chennai, submits that the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.9940 of 2026 dated 09.06.2026 has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 08.10.2026 is also placed before this Court to that effect.
