ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.18354 of 2026 dated 09.07.2026 has not been complied with.
2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that as against the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.18354 of 2026, dated 09.07.2026, a writ appeal has been preferred by the Department in W.A.(MD)No.1368 of 2026 and a Division Bench of this Court has seized off the matter, by granting an order of interim stay, by order dated 03.09.2026 in CMP(MD)No.11855 of 2026. A copy of the interim order granted by the Division Bench dated 03.09.2026 is also placed before this Court.
