ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in C.C.No.305 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioner is alleged to have committed offence punishable under sections 294(b), 387, 506(2) of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioner.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.305 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District is hereby quashed as against the petitioner.
